Cap’n Crunch French Toast

- 6 slices of Texas Toast Bread
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of Cap’n Crunch Cereal
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Put the cereal in a Ziploc bag and crunch with a rolling pin.
In a medium-size bowl, add the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
Set out 2 bowls, one with the egg mixture and the other with the crushed cereal.
Grab a slice of bread, drench in the egg mixture and then coat with crushed cereal. Repeat until all slices are drenched and coated.
Heat 2 tablespoon of butter in a large pan and cook French toast for about 6-8 minutes, or until the outside is crispy. Make sure to flip halfway.
Enjoy with syrup, ice cream or berries
